Stylist was abrupt, gave reference photos with full choppy fringe, hair was cut too short, not choppy and looks although a child went crazy with scissors, really knocked my confidence

I had the lovely Ellie, she was absolutely brilliant, she was kind, patient and extremely understanding. I went in with my hair a complete mess and came out a new women..thank you somuch xx
