I'm absolutely appalled by the service I received at Vodafone. From the moment I walked in, the welcome was incredibly rude - and I get it, they were busy, but that doesn't excuse appalling manners. Broadband keeps dropping out every day for the past year, multiple calls and chats, and everytime is the same solution restart the router... gives some bs story about firmware not updating etc, but in the end same issues. Worst of all still locked in the contract, forced to pay for not receiving a service.... Bt or sky...

No help at all and now have Just been robbed of £120 because the fella on the on the other side of the phone had no clue what he was doing, went into the shop for help and was told to ring someone else but each time I try ring they hang up before it’s even answered, happy for you to spend money with them but not happy...
