Very friendly staff, an excellent store with so much choice. I could have spent all day there.

Infrequent visit to the Costa located on the top floor of this store. 3 young female members of staff all behind the counter were chattering and inattentive and not clearing the many tables overflowing with cups, saucers and debris. All in all a pretty poor advert for Costa. Perhaps explains my infrequent visits.
