She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me and my friend out looking for a certain football top. Lauren’s patience and willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience more enjoyable. I highly recommend Puma Swindon if you’re visiting the outlet centre!”

“Great choice of shops, predominantly clothing but a few others like sunglasses, jewellery, kitchenware etc. A few bargains to be had if you look around and price compare. Decent food choices and coffee shops so worth spending a few hours here, the weekends can be challenging and busy, the parking machines are crap.”

“I had gone into Suit Direct originally on Friday where there was two members of staff a young 16 yr old on his first day and another. On that occasion I brought a suit for my son who was not with me even on that day this young 16year old who name I did not get helped out to the best of his abilities.Today Saturday 20th Jan I returned with the said suit and my son to be properly fitted as sadly the suit I chose did not fit him. We then had the pleasure of meeting another young man named Nathan who went above and beyond. This young man not only measured my son but had him sit down and even pin up the trousers. On top of that he was able to advise us on suit etiquette, nothing was to much and I was more that happy to part with £250 which was twice the cost of what I budgeted.I don’t often write reviews but this young man needs to be known to upper management as one to look out for . His wealth of knowledge and ability to speak to people of all ages is a credit to and him and a benefit to Suits direct.”

“We came in for a waistcoat last minute having been given the wrong item in our online order. Spoke to Klaudia on the phone who put the waistcoat by for us. James and Iim were really helpful resolving a complex refund process alongside Customer Service. Thank you all. We would come straight here if we need a suit from Moss again. They have outlet prices on in season suits and great service.”

“There are now two Joules stores in the outlet, not really sure what the difference is but think this is classed as a Joules pop-up so could just be temporary? I wouldn't have noticed much difference to the usual shop.”

“Another fantastic experience at Go Outdoors in Swindon today - assisted by Jo, Tom and especially Amelia.

We purchased an Outwell awning online from Blacks, only to find that both poles were missing. As an older product, it was understandable that there wasn't a replacement to be had anywhere, so we had no choice but to return (and Blacks purchases can be returned to Go Outdoors).

Looking forward to the additional space that our existing tent and awning was going to offer, and now disappointed that we'd be a little more limited, we decided that we may as well just purchase a new tent entirely!

Jo was great at trying to come up with solutions that allowed us to keep our existing tent, Tom went on the hunt in the stockroom for an alternative and Amelia remained with us on and off for our 90+ minutes of shopping time.

Only last year we commended the same store for their exceptional service - being so very helpful when buying two very basic and inexpensive camp beds. Just as staff then couldn't do enough to help, the same was the case today.

As a larger store, Swindon has a huge variety of items available with competitive pricing, and evidently it's somewhere with exceptional service and product knowledge too.

What a contrast to Blacks' own customer service helpline, which proved not to be terribly helpful.”

“Often done very good deals mixed in with the usually discounted goods. Look out for the clearance rails which have some great finds but you have to be prepared to look.”
