It’s a shame this one did not close and the town one stayed open it looks like it has not has a refurb in years and needs to be closed!
Can we please have a new store or an ikea or primark or even make it 2 floors and have men’s clothing!!!

Don’t usually write reviews but came into this New look and they had so many nice things, ended up buying far too much and the young lady at the tills was lovely, very chatty and polite, i think she had glasses!?The dressing room lady was also lovely and polite. Both a credit to your team
