Staff welcoming but service in the restaruant was a bit slow. Rooms clean n got everything you need.

I stay often at the Leonardo Swindon for work and have always had a pleasant experience and nice to be somewhere I recognise away from home. However this time I was really disappointed to find that at breakfast hash browns (arguably the best part of a breakfast) have been replaced with boiled new potatoes. Hotel is clean and silent. Nice to stay.But when we stayed we asked if we need to do anything with car park when entering the hotel and they said no. We paid parking in morning and left. A month after we received a fine, of course made an appeal but just because we didnt enter our register on tablet at reception, it declined.... read full comment
