Been going to Boots for years for a flu jab, cancelled on me twice. I'm the one paying for it this isn't company offered, I even booked time off work since I work nights at a warehouse. This is the last time I go through them. Especially when my phone got IP-Blocked for just trying to get a new appointment booked.
