“The Staff @ Victoria Road Branch are absolutely Amazing…I was with BOOTS all this while and they were horrible with getting the prescriptions on time… NOT ONCE on TIME !! Horrible …. Ever since I’ve changed to Jhoots they have been nothing but marvellous and ever helpful than Boots will ever be… they have got the medications available before time and always ready for me when I get there. “Visited the Orbital store earlier today looking to pick up a lipstick ( same colour as always) and a lovely lady approached me called Cyron at the No 7 counter.
She asked if she could help and I was somewhat taken back as usually the staffing levels are pretty low on most visits.
I was shown a complete range of different colours, eyebrow and blushers etc.
She really went the extra mile and took the time offering her advice, and in the process learned a little about herself which was lovely.
I came away with a lot more than I went in for which in fact turned out really well.
Cyron is a credit to the team.

“I shopped in store today, and I must say the self scan check outs are a total nightmare for 1 staff member alone to sort out aswell as working on the normal till too. This is not convenient for the huge queue of people wanting to make purchases but I have to say your staff member, Luke I believe, remained calm under a lot of pressure from customers and was so friendly and polite, this staff member certainly deserves some recognition for his hardworking and polite work ethic.”

“Although I don't live nearby, I have visited the Pharmacy several times over the past few years, and have always found the staff (very) polite and helpful - including yesterday in an emergency. Despite the pressure they were obviously under.”

“I was changed medications at Salisbury hospital. They said if I had trouble getting the medication, let them know. My Gp’s arrange the own medications and that’s where it started. My Gp couldn’t get it and told me to call the hospital. I’d gone in as an emergency and as usual I couldn’t get them to agree it. I called my spinal injury dept. Again they wouldn’t agree. I called 15 plus pharmacies and everyone said the same thing. The meds were difficult to get. Last chance I thought to call park south and they said they had some on the shelf and they’d chase it up. Called me back and said they could get it. They’ve got it with no issues for 12 months. My Gp puts it through and it’s in. You’d think the hospital knew there was issues and would sort it. Can’t speak highly enough.”

“Came to the walk in centre here, yes there was a long wait (3hrs) but it's a walk in centre so what do you expect?! When I was seen by the nurse she was amazing, saw 2 nurses in the end, was not rushed at all and was extremely well looked after! I couldn't fault the care I received.”
