My mum went in here today to return an item that my dad bought her for Christmas. The woman serving her was so rude and couldn?t resolve the issue. She then called her supervisor who also had zero customer service and was rude. So unnecessary and uncalled for, avoid

Today I had to take some clothes back to White Stuff. When I arrived, there was two other people in front of me in the queue. I was waiting a long time to be served as there was only one cashier. As I was waiting two more members of staff came down from upstairs, saw there were people waiting to be served but carried on putting clothes on racks completely uninterested and ignoring the people waiting. After a long while one of the staff said to the other one that she would jump on the till because the one cashier serving was taken a long time. When I was eventually served, there was no apology for the long wait, absolutely zero customer service!! This is exactly why people shop online. In future I will take my custom else where, to a shop that actually wants customers!!

Was in there today and was met by a young man making sure people use hand sanitiser. Problem is, they stand in the way of you and don't make you feel safe but scared. Great employing the younger people but they sometimes really lack social skills and awareness.

Found staff very helpful I love the clothing in this store , a little expensive but you get what you pay for always pleased with anything I buy from white stuff , only wish I could afford to buy more

Hmm.. shiver me timbers me harties. I would rather spend a few bob than look like a scran bag. Some of the girls in here are very pleasant and at least spend some time talking to you. A little lacking in the mens department but then I have found some nice shirts in here.

Agree with other reviewer far to expensive! Its trying to compete with Fat Face but there is very little to chose from. My advice, look elsewhere.

Catering to the typical yachties that you find parading The Solent, this place is over priced. However, if you want to look like you know what you are doing, but don't actually know your bow from your stern, this is the place for you. Deck shoes, shiny sailing jackets and rugby shirts
