My mum went in here today to return an item that my dad bought her for Christmas. The woman serving her was so rude and couldn’t resolve the issue. She then called her supervisor who also had zero customer service and was rude. So unnecessary and uncalled for, avoid

Today I had to take some clothes back to White Stuff. When I arrived, there was two other people in front of me in the queue. I was waiting a long time to be served as there was only one cashier.
