Had a problem with savings account not being opened as promised so went into branch and saw a gentleman (possibly the manager) who promised he would sort the problem out and put things right. Miles rees was an outstanding member of staff for our call at 10.15 till 11.09 regarding our melksham branch nationwide, I couldn't find any problems he couldn't solve , kind regards liam
