“Had a problem with savings account not being opened as promised so went into branch and saw a gentleman (possibly the manager) who promised he would sort the problem out and put things right. He did just that and phoned me today today to explain. Excellent customer service. Sometimes things do go wrong but it how they are resolved that matters. Thank you.”
