Excellent sensitive handling of notifying the bank of my mother's passing. I was seen quickly and treated kindly.

Tried to pay in some cash and a cheque, the operator tried to deduct the cheque from the total cash and asked me to sign that off, thankfully was stopped by another staff member who added it to the total instead, not a reassuring experience
