“For the attention of the "big bosses" You have a cracking team in Chippenham. My partner and I visited here a couple of Saturday's ago. The staff we're beyond helpfulness. Nothing was too much trouble. As for the member of staff who sadly had to deal with an absolute obnoxious member of the public. She remained professional throughout his appalling behaviour as he constantly blamed "the bank" and who also took no responsibility for his own stupidity! The whole team are a real credit to you! Keep up the amazing work ladies..”
