Ordered online, would not let me put bank details so my only option was to pay through PayPal, which I don?t like to use. Thought I had ordered 4 wall lights but the whole PayPal thing threw me off. I rang up to see if I could order another 2 without paying a delivery fee as it is quite steep but was told I would have to pay another delivery fee. Very disappointed but am happy with the wall lights that have come, with a quick delivery.

I can highly recommend Lights4 Living, based in Chippenham. Their customer service is excellent, with the team going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. What a lovely company.

I would have given 5 stars based on the product alone but unfortunately I have tried to reach their customer service twice via email and the ?contact form? online and have had no response. I ordered 2 pendant lights and the first was hung and looked beautiful, only to find the second one came out the box with the glass cracked and smashed. It was sealed in a bit of plastic and the didn?t have enough protection in the box compared to the first one I opened. I had to order a third one as it was the last one in stock and I needed it to match the first one that had been hung already. I pod over £80 per light and therefore I?m obviously looking for a refund for the one that arrived damaged and I?ve not been able to get a response or any acknowledgement from the company and now I?m out of pocket an additional £80.

A great company to deal with, unfortunately the shade arrived broken, but it was no trouble they searched their warehouse for another and when that didn't work out we received a refund and kept us updated through out the process. Brilliant

Delighted with the lamps I purchased. They look exactly as shown on the Lights 4 Living site. They were received quickly and were very well packaged.

Not transparent at all. Don?t buy from them. You have to pay again to return the goods. Phoned the company and they are clueless on how to return products. It?s like a hidden cost. Don?t buy

Excellent people, excellent products and excellent service!I can highly recommend Lights 4 Living. All major brands are sold, and all at a good discounted price. Having ordered around a dozen light fittings, they all arrived within a few days and the whole process, from initial order through to collection, was incredibly simple.

Amazing customer service. Spoke to Beverley over the phone to enquire about a product which unfortunately was out of stock. She took the time to find similar products within my budget and gave personal recommendations on different manufacturers.
