Booked this place for two nights, good location with plenty of parking on first come first served. We booked a room and paid extra for our pets , we then got a letter from a third party company saying the cleaners had found evidence of someone smoking in the room , WE ARE NONE SMOKERS !!!!!! They say we have to pay £150 or go to court . We will no longer be using travel lodge this is utter appalling by the company!!!!... read full comment
