My property was listed 21st June and after a number of viewings an acceptable offer was made on 21st of August which I accepted. To be honest this then put me into panic mode am I really ready to make that move? Due to personal reasons and much deliberation i decided that the timing wasn’t quite right. I called into the office and had a conversation with Mike regarding my current situation. He was fully understanding and we withdrew my property from the sale’s market. Thankfully we were not to far down the line but apologies to all involved especially the buyers I hope they’re able to find their dream property. What my future holds who knows but for the time being I will remain in my current property. Should my situation change in the future Mike has said that Connells would be more than happy to assist me.
