If looking to buy a house through Connells but you do not have a mortgage through them, then I advise that you avoid these at all costs.
If you are not taking a mortgage out with them they aren't interested at all in you and will ring you to cancel viewings etc. I think the TV documentary is absolutely spot on about... read full comment
