“genuinely the loveliest opticians I have ever been to. It was my first time going here for new glasses and it was such a welcoming, personalised experience. The optician was so kind and helped me pick out my glasses even though I am very indecisive!! And then after trialling my new glasses I went back to get a lens change before I went back to university and the lady who helped me (unsure of her name) was so so kind and helpful, and managed to get them all sorted in time for back to school!!
