“Jordan Lee was lovely and really helpful. As for Catherine who was shouting at Jordan for not asking all customers if they needed batteries and even threatening him that she’s going to mark it down on his probation in front of all the customers? so unprofessional and really harsh on what is obviously a new starter. Even when Jordan was busy with us another customer asked Catherine for help and she dismissed them and shouted ‘Jordan Lee come help this customer get something from the top shelf!’ Whilst she just stood doing nothing. Hope to see Jordan Lee next time and hopefully Catherine has toned it down and got a reality check!”
