“Store is large and well-stocked, and easy to find, and I wish I wasn't on such a rushed visit and had more time to look round.Slightly disappointed they charge to attend the Playtest session, as these are often free at other venues, but I totally understand why they do as its taking up gaming space; if not for that it would have been 5 stars, as it seems a great place and I'll be back for a browse and buy next time I'm in Leeds.”

“What amazing service from the team at Armadillo Toys especially Jill. I enquired about an item and although they didn't have it in, Jill spoke to the rep and it was in store within a week. When I called in to collect it the ladies couldn't have be friendlier. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this shop .”

“Shop assistant was brilliant I was collecting toys for my grandson's birthdays and was missing 1 item, young girl moved heaven and earth ,she went into the stockroom, gone about 5 minutes and returned with my missing item. Couldn't decide who was happier me or her. Thank you young lady for going 1 step beyond, my 3 year old twin grandson's thank you and I cannot heap enough praise on you xxxxx”

Teach your child the value of money and let them visually see how much they have to spend in store before you go, then when asked by staff about the extras-ask the child if they can afford it out of what funds they have. Its really not that big of a deal, after all communication is key!Took one of my BAB's here for re-stuffing and at the same time was able to put my dog's fur and baby tooth in as she has gone into the light. Staff were so kind and sympathetic. I have over 30 BAB's and I'm nearly a pensioner. You are never too old to have a bear or 2. xXx”

“Fantastic toy shop set over two floors. Has a variety of toys on display for children to try out.It does get a little crazy at times with youngsters flying past you on various wheeled toys.Ample parking at Crown point.”

“Visited the Kirkstall Bridge store today to purchase car seats for our granddaughter We were served by a member of staff Michael who was without doubt one of the best retail stores person I have come across in a very long time anywhere. He was friendly knowledgeable extremely patient and supportive nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for your help today Michael”
