“Went to purchase car seat for 3 year old. Was dealt by lady called JOANNA. She was extremely helpful as she spent alot of time with us and explained things very well.I then told her that we had an issue with our pushchair which was bought some 2 years ago and she took further time out to resolve that issue there and then by exchanging the faulty parts.
