    Came in branch at weekend for my son to open a account, the lady that helped us was so friendly and helpful. My son didn't have the correct ID on him so she nicely advised if we go and get it he can come back and open one. Her customer service skills was impeccable.

    Really bad expense this bank, the member of staff seemed out of her depth, maybe not her fault, however when I complained she was extremely rude and literally put the phone down on me. The manager of the branch has never made any effort to contact me with regards to the behaviour of their member of staff. Pretty poor experience... read full comment
