“Visited the branch this morning and at first the service was OK, it's what you expect when you go in, however I shared an incident experience that hapened yesterday with a staff member and she managed to tell me what services where available and I upgraded my account.\\nThanks to Natwest I've not got piece of mind :)”

“the branch is acceptable but despite two tills often one person seems to be bogged down with someone making a dozen faster payments, some old granny paying £1 in to each of her 8 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildrens accounts or someone faffing around trying to load mobile banking on their iphone-- you can spend 20 plus mins in here with one person in front in the queue but del;ay with all the aforesaid issues.”
“Came in branch at weekend for my son to open a account, the lady that helped us was so friendly and helpful. My son didn't have the correct ID on him so she nicely advised if we go and get it he can come back and open one. Her customer service skills was impeccable.”
“Had a problem with money being taken fraudulently from my account, spoke to a great advisor on the phone,then a very pleasant helpful lady in branch .A big shout out to Lesley for the information she gave ,she didn't rush me such a pleasant change to be treated like an actual person .”

“This branch is very open. It’s designed well and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Martin and the branch manager at the time today and also the lady who was very kind and approachable Who all my Missed to deal with my query efficiently and effectively without any hiccups. Another bank account was closed. The counter itself was on the maintenance, but thank you for these guys as we managed to work our way through.”
