One star is to many for this company.They treat staff like numbers and don't care about working them in the ground.They make unrealistic targets so carers are constantly running behind and feeling under pressure.This company should not allowed to trade.I wouldn't trust them to look after my goldfish.

Absolutely disgusting care provider. Personally I wouldn't trust these with a dog let alone my love bed ones. Staff always busy on their phones. Trying to get people onto the commode knowing they aren't weight bearing and bed bound. You don't even deserve 1* I took my concerns to cqc has managment refused to speak to me regarding my mums care. I for one would never reccomend this company to anyone!!!

Lotus Home Care is my mother's home care provider (2.5 Months). The care provided is excellent and the care coordinator is very friendly, professional and always available. I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Manager will deny clients the choice of time slots even when they have places to go- she expects my relative to stay in the home in their night clothes for her staff/ carers until 2/3pm- totally unreasonable for clients who are more active, no personalised care, this firm do not deserve any business, woman in charge of allocations is horrible, all staff are leaving, she discriminates and bullies people if you have any issues, as above/below we are looking elsewhere for our relative

Lotus Home Care provided live-in care for my grandmother, and I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing service they provided. Their carers were so friendly, understanding and supportive with her, and they truly cared about her wellbeing. I would highly recommend Lotus Home Care to anyone in need of live-in care services.

Please note the tone of voice of the manager threatening to bully people who she doesn?t even know, terrible attitude, psychopathic personality. I hope you do get the right person or they?ll be litigation along with your recent terrible cqc report, there is nothing fake about this, you are a shocking manager who all staff and clients despise. Just make sure you get the right client you horrible women- you need sacking .. are you really proud to work in socialCare ??

As below female manager is terrible talking down to everyone and argumentative, doesn?t care about personalised care, we are moving our relative shortly, thanks to the decent carers who care but who are all leaving because of management. There are plenty other better care agencies in Wakefield I recommend everyone tries them not this one! The positive reviews here will mainly be from staff made to review or the odd good experience!!

Shocking! Staff leave before the allocated hour, women in charge is terrible to staff and clients who pay out of their own money!! Inadequate care, woman in charge of allocation discriminates if you complain! Well there are other agencies!!!!!
