Janet in the showroom is genuine, welcoming and really informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Surveyor was professional and likeable and came up with some great ideas to fill the awkward spaces. I was looking at furniture that was hoping to purchase but wanted to double check measurements and return the next day to confirm. They were so helpful with no pressure at all. I returned the next day to place the furniture order. I was also looking at LVT and carpet so returned a week later. They both took care of me again giving me excellent service and advice. Needless to say I have ordered the flooring and carpet too. I will be back soon to order bedroom carpets. Would highly recommend.”
