Not seen very quickly, stood waiting in a qué for wait over 30 minutes, no rush and can't speed up anyone as only 2 cashiers.. not a fast paced bank. If you in a hurry avoid .

My wife and I had ad a 4pm appointment for today. Arrived at hi 3.45 waited 35 minutes. When I enquired if someone was going to deal with us I was told they were busy cashing up. My question is why would they arrange appointment when they were cashing up. Been with Santander more than 15 years. It seems they are more interested...
