“I visited shell on Monday daytime this week and received excellent customer service from a young man who really went out his way to help me with my car. I was greeted by him with a friendly face and a positive attitude which makes a change from other petrol stations I have visited. The gentleman was well mannered, polite and extremely helpful. He made it such a pleasant experience. Will visit again!”
