Collected a prescription for a family member today, to receive a very abrupt and rude service from one member of staff in there. Her tone of voice was also noticeable when she responded to people infront of me. Nobody ever answers the phone!

Terrible service. It is another time I have problem with a prescription. Nobody answers calls. Sent me with a prescription to other pharmacy but did not release the prescription. Waste of time. I would give zero stars if possible
