“I’ve just had a brilliant experience here. I had a couple of insect bites that I felt needed looking at and the manager Cora was so welcoming and kind, she reassured me and then immediately showed me to a private room with the pharmacist Kash. He had a good look at them and fully explained the range of treatment available, he was really knowledgable and friendly. He then collected the medication needed and showed me to the front desk where a really friendly member of staff rang through my items. I was so impressed with the service and will be returning here. “I booked an appointment for ear stringing due to deafness in both ears. I’ve never had anything like this done before but the lady who did it for me was on time, patient and experienced. The process was ‘weird’ but immediately one ear cleared and it was breathtaking that it was clear straight away. The other was still muffled but 5hrs later, I tried tilting my head to the side and water came out which was strange but my hearing returned to normal. I’d say to anyone unsure about this procedure at Midway Pudsey, that it was completed professionally and resolved my medical issue. Thank you Midway Pudsey ??”

I've had a few problems with my prescriptions going to a completely different pharmacy in a different city and I have never been there in my life. The lady called Kim. Dealt with it very well very friendly and professional. I won't use any other pharmacy now. Only pharmacy I can trust to get my medication as and when I need it.”

“I have found all staff here to be friendly, helpful and easy to ask advice from. Yes sometimes the wait is longer than people might like but they are servicing a huge number of people. Im sorry for those peoole who have not recieved the service they expect, it must be frustrating, but I can only share my personal experience and say, thank you!”

“So many negative reviews for no reason! I recently switched to this pharmacy from Boots and honestly I'm sad I didn't switch sooner! The pharmacy processes my prescriptions (sent electronically from my GP) within the week, most times it's within 2 days which is perfect.

One of my medications is affected by a current global shortage, but the pharmacy does ring me and let's me know that they don't have it in stock. After working in pharmacy myself I know that they can't do anything about it so I'm not annoyed at them in the slightest - it's just how it is. They have also liaised with my GP about their current stock and whether the brand or strength can be changed, which helps me massively (i.e. I don't have to attempt to ring every pharmacy within a 10 mile radius to source my medication).

Maybe I have just come to expect so little from pharmacies after dealing with Boots for years, but no I honestly believe that this pharmacy is great. They pick up their phone almost immediately if I need to ring them, and they also send a text reminder when my meds are ready to pick up.”

“Through my own fault I had ran out of medication and hadn't taken it for a few days. Unfortunately I started to experience some unwanted side effects. I called Asda Pharmacy and discussed this with a female employee, she advised me of what to do. I followed her advice and eventually was able to collect an emergency supply. The two members of staff (male and female) were great, really courteous and kind. They helped me out immensely and turned the situation into a positive experience.”
