Bought a £10 voucher to start a new number. The female assistant took my money, gave me the voucher and that was it. She didn't even give me my new phone number. Having looked on Google I managed to do it, but it took me half an hour.She could have done it in 2 minutes..Thanks for nothing.!!!

My pensioner mother has been to this phone shop twice and the male member of staff that works in there has had her over twice , not doing as she asked, not telling her about her contract ,just picking the easy option for him but leaving a right mess for us to sort out with customer services , really disappointed with this member of staffs priorities while at work , it obviously wasn't to help but to get done and get rid of the customer as quickly as possible , I've used tesco mobile for years and have always had excellent customer service from other staff that work in thephone shop

This week was 3rd time I?ve been back to this branch since Christmas . Problem with my phone ? screen jumping about which then turns off Bluetooth , wifi etc , then freezing . This week went in all the guy was bothered about was the fact he was finishing at 4 pm , he told me this 3 times . Reluctantly after he had messed about with the phone ( muttering and mumbling whilst doing so ) and after I had told him the guy the week before had done the same as he was doing , he said I could have another phone . I knew this and had told him that the guy last week said try what he?d done to it and if that didn?t work to come back . I could pay off the balance of £16 and get a new phone .Hence this weeks visit , This weeks guy then told me they didn?t have the model he suggested I had , along came the girl who was taking over from him at 4 , asked if I was being served , I told her the guy was in the stock room. He then came out said they didn?t have the phone he suggested and then walked off . On his merry way home I presume . Bad customer service , which I have not experienced in this branch before , always been helpful in the past . In addition to all this the guy was pulling and plucking at his moustache constantly while he was talking to me . Really off putting .
