Bought a £10 voucher to start a new number. The female assistant took my money, gave me the voucher and that was it. She didn't even give me my new phone number. Having looked on Google I managed to do it, but it took me half an hour.She could have done it in 2 minutes..Thanks for nothing.!!!

My pensioner mother has been to this phone shop twice and the male member of staff that works in there has had her over twice , not doing as she asked, not telling her about her contract ,just picking the easy option for him but leaving a right mess for us to sort out with customer services , really disappointed with this... read full comment

This week was 3rd time I’ve been back to this branch since Christmas . Problem with my phone … screen jumping about which then turns off Bluetooth , wifi etc , then freezing .
