Excellent from start of tenancy to end of tenancy.Had little contact as the house was in great condition. Whenever I did need something, they were responsive and issues resolved quickly.Definitely one of the best letting agents I've had in my many homes over the years

Absolutely poor service, they care more about their client (the landlord) than the tenants that rent the property. Whenever you ring them up for an issue they will say its with the landlord who will either take an awfully long time to fix the issue or not fix it at all.
