“I came to store today to pick up 14 bags of top soil. The member of staff which assisted me was so helpful, she helped fill my trolley before pushing it to my car for me so that I could walk with my 4 year old. The lady had short light brown hair and glasses. Thank you for being so helpful today.”

“Had a plumbing emergency earlier today and couldn’t turn on the water without a major leak. I’m a DIYer so wanted to try this myself but have no plumbing experience. At the counter I showed some pictures and was guided through how to fix the problem along with being provided with a little basket of goods I would need to get the job done. Saved myself a plumbers callout! Amazing!”
