“We've had our ups and downs with the surgery but 9/10 times I've needed an appointment for my son they've given us a same day appointment even when I've phoned later than 8am on a Monday! Ryan West one of the ACP/ANP's is a credit to the surgery for sure. Saw Dr Higgins who made me feel stupid for even making an appointment. Can be hard work with the receptionists at times especially the male one, end up having to repeat myself a few times and just get 'I hear what you're saying' and a half arsed attempt at fixing the problem. The surgery is definitely improving slowly.”
