“Excellent GP practice. Typically very busy (what GPs aren't?) yet still has a family GP feel to the place. Docs always interested, never dismissive. Nurses and HCAs are great and very experienced. Reception are usually rushed off their feet yet still kind and extremely helpful. Really efficiently run.”
“Not a patient here but was referred to the eye hospital. Very efficient service and lovely staff. Was worried when i read the other reviews. Was seen and had my medication for a very sore eye within 30 mins. Doctor was thorough and i have a follow up appt in a few days. Loads of parking which takes away some of the worry. Glad i didnt have to go to st james's. Was referred by opticians - not a walk in place. Thank you”

“Initially I was very disillusioned with the surgery after ringing and speaking with inept staff on 4 separate occasions . I felt fobbed off .My partner is very unwell with cancer and I needed a form to be sent out urgently .On the 26th April I was told it was sent ..it had not been sent out according to staff .. I requested that staff explore why a form had not been sent of and asked the. To do this on 2 occasions . I was passed from pillar to post … However I’m not one to be fobbed of and I’m tenacious in getting answers to my questions … I managed to get through to a lady called Vicky , she was professional , articulate , caring , compassionate , knowledgeable & communicated well .She was like a breath of fresh air … she dealt with the issue swiftly and professionally . The surgery needs more Vicky’s working there … Thank you for your help Vicky ..”
