I visited today as I was unable to make a payment via online banking. Probably as it was a larger payment for a house deposit.
I walked into the branch and they were immediately able to help me out. Sorted everything out quickly and I was soon out of there.

This bank is simply the best. I love love love the way they give us the fairer share payments depending on how they perform on yearly basis. On top of that , there’s monetary rewards when they achieve certain milestones like purchase of virgin money. No other bank looks after its members this way. Thank you nationwide...
