In 2013 when I rented from them, either they or they allowed someone to come in to my flat with a key, without my knowledge and permission and they went through my personal belongings. Terrible treatment.

Annual update: living in a lovely rental now and still feel the exact same about this company. All 5 star reviews will be landlords I'm sure. It all seems great for landlords who never get contacted with issues as nothing gets escalated due to intimidation (bullying) of the tenant.
