Went in after a search for the coat of my dreams after being passed off by a member of staff, I asked a colleague Kiera who was so polite, looked for the item and found it for me. She was exceptional, and instead of leaving annoyed and disappointed - I'm overjoyed. A superb member of staff.

Visited a couple of times in the last couple of weeks and both times the changing rooms are closed. What's that about? No self service tills working, and only 1 member of staff on a till and a massive queue. Love the clothes but the overall shopping experience is ruined by lack of staff.

Called in to do a web return, saw the queue was very long so decided to call back later as from experience service can be quite slow. Returned to a queue of 3 and 2 people behind the till, great! But what I didn’t expect was 1 of the staff members taking over 15 minutes to hang stock, go get a rail and clear a cupboard... read full comment
