“I have given 5 stars purely on the standard of customer service by the assistant manager given to my family after complaining about the pharmacy refusing to dispense a prescription for my 3week old granddaughter as they said it was nearly closing time !!! “Love it, great shop but it was a red hot day and they had no air conditioning on the poor staff and customers were melting, products are great here wish it was bigger.”
“Had already been to my 2 local pharmacies who didn't have stock of what I needed. Called ahead and confirmed they had the items in stock. Great! Drove over. Handed over the prescription, watched the guy go over to the racks at the back, grabbed all my items and came back to tell me, with the items in his hands, that it would be 10-15 minutes. I'm sure they just had to wait for the pharmacist to give it the once over, but it felt weird. But ultimately, they had what I needed, when I needed it.”
