Had bit of trouble with my iPhone . Lewis in the store was a fantastic help with me and very helpful with my self inflicted problem with my phone .

The staff and shop are good, but the repair processes no longer serve the customer well. I took a Mac and iPhone in for a repair. The battery needs replacing on the Mac, but now they have some fudged 80% rule on battery changes on Apple Care, a made up number that isn’t 80% to once again decrease services, I’m left... read full comment

Pathetic service by the Genius Bar - booked an appointment for 9:35, arrived early and checked in, got to 9:45 nobody had come to me, so I said I was still waiting… was told I was next which clearly was a lie, as other people were then seen - 9:55, I gave up - awful service - not what I expect of Apple
