Used for over 20 yrs until they closed my account without warning or reason.. Took me days and days to get my funds released. Not a happy chappy

Terrible service, waited in a queue with nine other people while theres one staff member at the counter and two stood around offering to help, which they cant. The counter staff can take up to ten minutes serving a customer so if theres a large queue get ready to waste an hour.
Waited 39mins to put some cash in. Don't like the machines / plus can't remember my pin. One girl training in the counter. No-one else. An elderly couple in front after queuing where told minimum counter withdrawal is £300 (they wanted £50) told to go the the hole in the wall.
