Good store but poorly staffed. First visit to buy a phone ( SIM free) assistant asked which model we were interested in and when she realised it wasn't a high value model she went to talk to a colleague, we left. Chloe was great at sorting out our sim card and numbers. Great job. Would definitely recommend going to the O2 shop in Keighley if you need your account sorted or upgraded. Excellent service, thanks !
