“A much safer place now the young lads have been replaced with more a mature, helpful staff at present, got my 1st smart phone way bk now \\u0026 the young lad there who felt with me was on my case for a date whilst I was home viewing my updated new phone, my 2nd update 2 yr on \\u0026 the young lad in there 2yr ago, told me I couldn't have a certain password as someone else had it,\\u0026 giggled at his other member of staff there, asked if I would like a tablet device \\u0026 didn't explain this is a separate line from my phone \\u0026 said it was only £8 more on top of my monthly charge, seems he took advantage of my poor knowledge in IT, I said would it be the same as my phone, I realised it was paying for 2 lines, \\u0026 felt cheeted as I thought it was included like a perk for staying with EE like a blue tooth speaker I gained the 1st time I updated to a smart phone. He could have simple said ie \\\"it's a 2nd phone line, I would have understood that. I had to phone 150 to get me sorted with the miss understanding as to why I could not have my accounts on both devices, as I said in EE shop to use whilst going to bed \\u0026 viewing say Ebay \\u0026 other such like, \\\"without glasses\\\", reason I agreed to to go ahead with a tablet (bigger), \\u0026 at the end of the day it's only circuitry board, \\u0026 thought the £8 he mentioned as an extra on top of my monthly payments seemed a bargain but was not aware it was another line. Lovely gents in the Keighley shop now, will never trust young lads in EE to advise me in my needs again. You need honest staff, it's not all about a commission for them, we all needed help in these recent times, I'Tech is hard enough if not explained in laymen terms for older people, I feel at least 1-2 maturer member of staff for those who are over 50 at each outlet would be so much more reassuring.”
