“Excellent pub and and food with outdoor seating that gets the sun when it's vanisheď everywhere else. Good ales and lagers and a very strong local feel. We have never stopped there but our friends rated it highly.

Walkability: It is all up hill or down hill to get anywhere but it is in lovely countryside.”

“I was served by Bronte at the Keighley branch. Not only did she resolve my issue of finding the correct towels, correcting me on the colour ( I selected the wrong ones) , sorting out my 10% discount promotion and patiently waiting for me to find what I wanted online she also answered several queries from colleagues seeking advice and also managed an impatient customer wanting to collect an item at the same time.
If Bronte isn't a supervisor then she should be and she clearly is very knowledgeable and competent at her job given the number of process/ policy questions she answered from colleagues , whilst serving me at the till.

“Haris on the reception was a great member of staff and went above and beyond helping to get our WiFi connection issue resolved. It was also great having the Toby Carvery restaurant directly next door. Free parking a nice addition. Hotel was basic and quite dated but very clean, warm and comfortable. Ideally positioned for Keighley Town Centre, Train Station and Bus Station. Leeds Bradford Airport not that far away either. Would definitely return.Nearby activities: Keighley and Worth Valley Railway is just down the road, same with Keighley Train Station and Bus Station.Safety: You need an electronic key fob to allow you to get into the guest part of the hotel. 24 hour reception.Walkability: Only a short walk down the one road to Keighley Town Centre.Food & drinks: Toby Carvery restaurant directly next door on the same site.Noteworthy details: Leeds Bradford Airport not far away either.”
