“Elm Tree is a lively place to visit. Open, clean and friendly. I visit for work and I find the residents and staff to be engaging and open. The restaurant is good, open to the public and very reasonably priced.A modern, accessible and adaptable community and place to live.”

“Great location near the city centre, no onsite parking, but car park only 2 mins walk away is only £1.50 for 24 hours.
Bit noisy when we were there due to roadworks.
