She was amazing, she was helpful, understanding took our needs into consideration , she advised us to take a bed test to help us find the right mattress, to my astonishment , we were better on a medium mattress not a soft one. she showed us around and helped me and my partner test and choose a bed and design one that was perfect for both of us. Can't wait for my new bed, ? thank you so much Olivia, your a star .”

“A nice cabin room, but no sound privacy from semi-detached neighbours. Food was good, but a bit slow at times. Spa was a bit tired. Airport close but not too busy. That said, an absolutely fine 2-night stay.”
