Worst bank in England in my experience. Poorly staffed, ignorant rude employees, make so many mistakes its genuinely hard to believe. Halifax: get your act together. Go elsewhere if you can.

Absolute nightmare!!!!!!!
Halifax blocked my bank card whilst I was in asia and then told me the ATM had ruined it or that my mobile phone de-magnetized the card.
After traveling 7 hours on a bus to a city that had Western union money transfer, I transfered myself my money and withdrew it using western union.
Do they not realise that other people work too and can not make these opening times.... And CLOSED on a Saturday. This would be the only day the majority of people would be able to call in.
