My boy had an earring put in his ear at Claire’s in Keighley at a cost of £42,00. The earring fell out after 3 weeks and was lost, which I noticed when I went to clean it. I went back to the shop and they refused to replace the earring. Really poor and disappointing service. I will never use this shop again.
