We were there for 3 hours, bought £650s worth of shoes and the staff, especially Caroline, we're excellent. Her customer service is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and we got coffee. A great level of service which sums up what is clearly a top class brand. I had a toddler with me which made browsing difficult but all clothing in store was clearly of a high quality and I will definitely be back!The coat was brilliant as well btw, I was looking to exchange but with none in stock this was a great gesture to allow a full refund.”
